Senior's News
We greatly value the years of experience and godly wisdom that each of our senior members adds to our fellowship. At our church, seniors are esteemed and appreciated. We know them to be living examples of the joy and fulfillment that commitment to Christ can bring. Yet, seniors at our church are still growing day by day in their Christian lives. Age has surely not slowed their spiritual walk and witness. In fact, by God’s grace, it has only increased them!
The day in which we live presents adults with both opportunities and challenges at nearly every turn. At First Baptist Church, we have come to realize that, with God’s strength, we are better able to thrive in life when we go through it together. Therefore, we are committed to offering ministries that keep adults connected and that reach out to help meet your needs. Please inquire about Sunday School, L.I.F.E. Groups, and our men’s and women’s ministries respectively. Wherever you find yourself in life, there is a place for you at First Baptist Church.
God’s Word makes clear that He is passionate about families, and, therefore, so are we. We realize that a strong church takes shape through strong families. As a consequence, our church makes every effort to be a place where all families—traditional, single-parent, or young married couples—will feel welcomed and appreciated. We strive to be a place where Mom and Dad can bring their children and be assured that the utmost care is taken for their moral, physical, and spiritual welfare. Here at First Baptist Church, there is an honored place for families of all
shapes and sizes.
