Ronda Karroll, Children's Director Here at First Baptist Church we believe that every child is a gift from God. Our goal is to teach each and every child God's Word and the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Once a child has this relationship the training continues to teach them how to walk with God daily and grow in their knowledge of Him and His Creation. We have programs for preschool thru fifth grade focusing on Scripture Memory and applying God's Word to real life situations. We would be blessed to minister to your children. Children's News We are blessed to have been entrusted by God with the responsibility to properly prepare our children for the many challenges ahead. Therefore, one of our church's most important goals is to build a generation of kids who see its potential in Christ. That is why we offer age-appropriate activities and relevant learning experiences taken directly from God's Word. Please ask about our many children's activities. On Wednesday evenings we have a model similar to a small scale VBS where the kids do music, crafts, games, snack, and memory verse. Our church is a fun place for children, and there is a cherished place for them here! Nursery available for birth thru preschool during Sunday school, Sunday morning worship, and Sunday evening services. Wednesday nights: A time of music, Bible story, games, crafts, and snacks for K thru 5th grade. 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday nights: A time of fun, fellowship, and growing in the faith for K thru 5th grade. 6 to 7:15 p.m. Worship Kidstyle Starting September 11th children's church will be four years through fist grade only. The children will leave the Sanctuary partway through the service and go downstairs to worship kidstyle.
